As I told you in the evening neighbors invited me over at Chaghalidze’s family. I finally got a chance to taste Sinori 🙂
👌Friends, listen carefully – this is a cottage cheese combined with lavash, baked in a clay pot with boiled butter. The dish’s amazing aroma spread to every corner of the house.
👍 However, now I realize that the smell is nothing compared to its taste. Trust me, Adjarian women are amazing cooks, one great recommendation to them from Mogeli.
After lunch I went for a walk. I guess the nature walk was a bit too long – I was quite tired and could feel my appetite growing. But now it’s here, my friends – the appetizing Adjarian borano, waiting for me just as my host promised.
The main ingredients of this dish are my favorite Adjarian cheese and boiled butter. To round out the experience, I also tried a glass of local wine from Keda. Thinking about increased calories no longer terrifies me, because it was totally worth it.
