I am Nargiz Surmanidze, from  mountainous Adjara, Dzetsmani. This is a place where I was born and raised, and as they say, I can’t imagine life without it.

I love farming and I think I’m rather good at it . So  my every morning starts at 7 a.m. I have a garden, a vegetable garden and a vineyard, which I  take care of. Of course, the whole family is actively involved in this activity. Our day ends quite late.

At the end of the day, after a busy working day , our relaxing  time begins. In the evening, the whole family gathers  by the fire, share the news and adventures of the day with each other, and later we dance and sing.

In a nutshell , if you would like  to feel what real Adjarian rural life is like, you should definitely visit us.

✅  Cooking masterclass / tasting of Adjarian dishes – Guests have a chance to participate in the process of cooking and tasting their handiwork. we welcome our customers with local Adjarian as well as Georgian national traditional dishes such as:

• Achma
• Baklava
• Sinori
• Adjarian khachapuri
• Khatmiri
• Borano

✅  Vodka distillation / tasting – Visitors can get involved and learn the process of vodka distillation and then taste it. We offer some vodka distilled from seasonal fruits as well as

✅  Winemaking / Tasting – guests can take part in the winemaking process, taste the juice pressed out from Tsolikauri and Chkhaveri grape varieties as well as own produce.

✅  Excursion- I can provide transport services and take our guests to interesting locations and sightseeings: Makhuntseti Waterfall, the Tamar Bridge, the Tamar Castle … The service includes a picnic.

✅  Introduction to livestock breeding- a guest, if desired, can take part in the process of milking and cheesemaking. Guest can make different dairy products and taste the produce.

✅  Agro Tourism – I have a garden, a vegetable garden and an orchard near the house, where I cultivate apples, pears, grapes, cucumbers, tomatoes, beans, many types of Bulgarian herbs, corn, eggplant … Guests can pick and taste a produce and upon desire, participate in agricultural works.
