Last week I started hitchhiking around the villages of Keda and already met a lot of people, everyone is so keen to host me. The people of Adjara are amazingly hospitable.

Over the past several days, I have been staying with the Turmanidze’s Family. Every morning, as I wake up an amazing view unfolds before my eyes, the mountains and clouds hidden in the greenery, makes me feel like I’m looking at them from above.

🌤 I get up with the hosts at 7am and to go for a walk, nothing beats the pleasant, cool air of the mountain.

🌤Then I go into the yard and pick fruits and vegetables by hand. We all cook breakfast together with natural products, sit at the table, eat and sing. Yes, I also learned Adjarian songs. How could I not – Amiran Turmanidze, the head of the family, was the preserver of old folk songs, he has received many awards for popularizing Adjarian songs. Grandfather has 7 children and all 7 of them sing, and now he made me sing too. The only thing that bothers me is that the fresh air in the village really increases my appetite
